The Chocolate
At CASE, we believe great chocolate begins at the source—and we don’t settle for anything less than exceptional. While over 90% of the world’s cocoa is classified as “bulk cocoa” (think overly processed, overly sweet, and underwhelming), we go after the rare stuff: the top 10%. These are small-batch, fine-flavor cocoas grown around the world, often sourced directly from farmers who care as deeply about their crops as we do about our craft. Each origin brings something unique to the palate—floral, fruity, earthy, or spiced—and that’s the flavor journey we want to share with you.

Our Fillings
Every three months, our kitchen becomes a workshop of curiosity and indulgence as we dream up a brand-new menu of flavor-forward creations. Our goal? To surprise and delight you with ingredients you might never expect inside a chocolate—let alone taste at a bar. From rare spirits to seasonal produce to house-made infusions, every filling is made from scratch using only the finest ingredients we can get our hands on. Nothing artificial. Nothing ordinary. Just bold ideas, beautifully executed.

How to Savor a CASE Chocolate
CASE chocolates are designed for savoring, not snacking. Our favorite way to enjoy them? After hours, dim lighting, a cocktail or nightcap in hand, and music that makes you feel something. Share with someone curious—or savor solo. Either way, take your time. Each piece is its own pour, its own story.
