While over 90% of the world’s cocoa is classified as “bulk cocoa” (think overly processed, overly sweet, and underwhelming), we go after the rare stuff: the top 10%. These are small-batch, fine-flavor cocoas grown around the world, often sourced directly from farmers who care as deeply about their crops as we do about our craft. Each origin brings something unique to the palate—floral, fruity, earthy, or spiced—and that’s the flavor journey we want to share with you.
